Pre-Employment Testing / Internal Selection for Promotion
I use a validated selection process for promotion/selection that includes:
1. Conducting a detailed job analysis.
2. Validating and refining the core performance areas by sample testing using the CPI (c) and Workplace Big 5 instruments.
3. Preparing Core Factors – Assessment Matrix.
4. Administering CPI and Workplace Big 5 instruments to candidates for position.
5. Creating clients’ portraits of strengths, style, and developmental opportunities
within the context of the core performance factors.
