Management / Leadership Development Group
I offer a monthly management/leadership series for groups of 4–6 participants.
This series consists of reading and discussing assigned articles/materials, ongoing participant informal presentations describing current work-related issues and challenges, strategizing with the group to develop actions/plans to manage these challenges, and hands-on practice and skill development (conflict management, communication skills, coaching direct reports, etc.)
This group design draws on the “best practices” of the latest research and theory,along with my more than 25 years experience both as an administrator and as a coachand group facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership. Recognizing that it takes time and practice to learn and grow, this model uses the powerful synergy of group interaction to maximize the overall effectiveness of all participants.
