Assessment and Coaching for Development
In my consulting practice with individuals, I generally follow a four-step process which includes:
1. Creating a comprehensive, customized assessment package to measure where clients are now. The selected instruments are completed on my confidential, secure online assessment site. Copies of all test results are provided to clients.
2. Meeting with my client for a 3 hour feedback session during which I summarize the results of the assessment reports in a clear, graphic format offering insights on their strengths and professional developmental needs.
3. Assisting clients in designing action plans that link their assessment data and needs to observable and measurable goals and outcomes.
4. Providing ongoing coaching to review, support, challenge, and revise action plans as needed or requested.
